Ludacris is making it publicly know that he was not at all pleased about the jokes that were said at Justin Bieber’s Roast about his late co-star friend Paul Walker. In a interview with HuffPost Live, The Fast and the Furious star explained how he thought the jokes were out of line but at the same time he didn’t mention any names in particular, he just felt the jokes about Paul was very inappropriate. those particular names were the celebrities such as Shequile O’Neal, Kevin Hart, Martha Stewart, Snoop Dogg etc.
“It was not one particular person, it was just some particular jokes,” he said. “There were some jokes that were not appropriate, like, there were some Paul Walker jokes that I did not feel like were appropriate.”
During the taping of roast, with coldhearted jokes being passed around about Paul, who by the way passed away in a car crash back in 2013, there was one comedian, Jeff Ross who went overboard with his jokes, he said:
“‘Move bitch, get out of the way!’ is what Paul Walker should’ve told that tree. Too soon? Too fast? Too furious?”
And SNL ( Saturday Night Live) Pete Davidson said:
“Just this past year, Justin got arrested for drag racing. Unfortunately, it wasn’t with Paul Walker… What? He’s doing great! He’s got a movie coming out!”
Ludacris ordered for those particular jokes to be edited out by the time the roast was going to be aired. Luda told Huffpost Live, “I was told and promised that they would edit those out. Some of those were over the line.” Comedy Central (The filming crew) kept their word and agreed. On Monday 30th March, the roast was aired and there was no Paul Walker jokes to be seen or heard .
